A dead person was found at Maghaway, Talisay about 5:00AM today.
He has no identification cards other than he was wearing OPSC3 earth brown T-Shirt.
We can't determine if he belongs to a Team since the front part of the Shirt is completely burned.
Police Authorities contacted us if we can help identify the body since they are aware OPSC3 was ran by us.
Please allow me to post the Pic of the Guy.
We need to urgently identify Him so the authorities can act accordingly and the family can be informed soonest.
